Starting Pay: $18/hour Schedule: Weekends required; Part-time or Full-time available
Position Summary
The Front Desk Assistant plays a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient guest experience. This position supports daily hotel operations including guest services, reservations, concierge assistance, and light housekeeping tasks. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Front Desk Operations

Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

Manage check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently and accurately.

Assist guests with luggage, directions, recommendations, and general concierge needs.

Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally.

Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with a positive, solution‑focused approach.
Reservations & Administrative Support

Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.

Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper documentation.

Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
Breakfast & Hospitality Support

Assist with breakfast setup, replenishment, and light service as needed.

Maintain a clean, stocked, and welcoming breakfast area.
Laundry, Cleaning & Stocking

Complete basic laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.

Perform light cleaning duties in common areas to maintain a tidy environment.

Restock supplies at the front desk, lobby, and service areas.
Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.

Comfortable with basic computer systems and email communication.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work required weekend shifts.

Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
Pay Range: $18 per hour
