Position: Server
We’re looking for energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our hospitality-driven team. If you're passionate about creating unforgettable dining experiences in a polished, high-volume setting, this is your opportunity to shine.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with elegance and enthusiasm
- Guide guests through the unique Rioz dining experience
- Explain menu offerings with confidence and knowledge
- Deliver meats tableside with precision and flair
- Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and providing seamless service
- Maintain a clean and organized section
- Process payments with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with your team to uphold our high standards
What You Bring
- Must be 18+ with hospitality experience or strong customer service background
- Alcohol Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills and polished presentation
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic money-handling
- Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality
Compensation
$2.13/hour + tips—your attention to detail and level of service make the difference.
