This is a client-facing, relationship-driven role focused on managing and growing strategic accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple client engagements. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business objectives into well-executed campaigns and projects. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with responsibility for ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are consistently met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, strategy, operations, and delivery to ensure seamless execution. In addition to account servicing, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts. This is a fast-paced environment where strong communication, ownership, and stakeholder management are essential to success.
