Your Tasks
- Working on Deutsche Telekom’s key strategic issues
- Responsibility for your own workstreams in cross-functional projects
- Developing actionable strategies (go-to-market, pricing, business models)
- Translating analyses, interviews, and workshops into clear decisions
- Presenting to senior stakeholders and top management
- Actively contributing to the further development of the team, topics, and initiatives
That’s You
- Top-tier master’s degree (from a leading university or business school)
- Experience in top-tier management consulting (Tier 1) – internships or 2–3 years of professional experience
- Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and a focus on execution
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Commercial Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Innovation & new business models (e.g., AI, platforms)
- Sales or Product Strategy
Additionally:
- A clear understanding of business impact and entrepreneurial thinking
- Confident demeanor at the top management level
- A team player with a positive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- German & English (min. C1)
