Job Description

  • Allocate and monitor work related to preparation and checking of new BOMs. Continuous improvement and reduce the dependency on Customized orders. 

  • Implementation of alterations received from KSB-AG, checking of new part drawings related to new / special requirements from customers.

  • Checking and give approval on order related mechanical seal drawings, Quality Assurance Plans etc.

  • Evaluating and implementing product related Request for Modifications and Ideas.

  • Support After Market department in resolving difficulty

  • To support Product Managers in activities like cost reduction, standardization and enhancing additional technical features in the product.

  • Evaluation of Industrial Pump Offer Permits for Special /Non-standard requests for feasibility.

  • Empower to team member for productivity & sustainability.

Qualification and experience

Ø  BE Mechanical with 15 – 17 of relevant experience in similar industries.

Knowledge / skills required

Ø  Product and Manufacturing Processes

Ø  Good knowledge about various applications of Industrial Pumps

Functional / Technical Competencies

Ø  Well versed with IS, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, DIN, standards & specifications

Ø  Knowledge of Pumps and Motors

Ø  Knowledge of Pump application standard
