Job Description

To manage and resolve after-sales warranty and service-related complaints for installed pumps, including short supply and wrong supply, across field service sites, repair shops, service stations, and the central warehouse, ensuring timely resolution, customer satisfaction, and prevention of recurrence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and analyze customer complaints related to short supply, wrong supply, pump operation, maintenance, repair, refurbishment, and performance issues at Customer sites.

  • Coordinate with field service teams, repair shops, service stations, and the central warehouse for material replacement and complaint closure.

  • To analyze the complaints and provide solution to the customer with proper root cause analysis

  • Attend Q – Com meetings to discuss and implement Preventive measures.

  • To share the learnings with the concerned stakeholders to avoid re-occurrence of the complaints.  

  • Share the learnings with internal teams and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Measures to be implemented to reduce the warranty cost

  • Collect application & operation related data and various salvaging techniques, used by our customers.

  • To prepare case studies for presentation during training.

  • Any other assignment as directed by the superiors from time to time.
