Marketing Project Manager
Department: Creative Marketing
Primary Function
Serve as a driving force within Catalyst Marketing by leading multi-channel creative execution across businesses. This role is responsible for designing how creative work is delivered—building efficient, scalable processes that enable high-quality output and an optimal customer experience.
The Project Manager leads, manages, and develops a team supporting Art/Design execution across marketing channels (Print, Digital, Social, etc.). This role partners closely with cross-functional creative teams, copywriters, and stakeholders to deliver integrated, on-brand solutions from concept through execution while fostering strong collaboration and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of specialists
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance guidance
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Recognize and reward team performance while driving high standards
Project & Workflow Management
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-channel creative projects
Establish scalable workflows, processes, and best practices
Identify bottlenecks and optimize processes to improve speed, quality, and communication
Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, timelines, and deliverables across all projects
Collate & manage project data & volumes tracking
Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Management
Partner with cross-functional creative teams (Design, Copy, Marketing) to align on briefs and deliverables
Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders and partners
Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams, agencies, and vendors
Navigate stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across competing priorities
Strategic Execution
Develop multi-channel project strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives
Maintain deep understanding of assigned channels, requirements, and constraints
Drive alignment to ensure cohesive, integrated campaign delivery
Apply critical thinking and past experience to solve complex problems
Resource & Capacity Planning
Partner with Resource Management and Creative leads to forecast and allocate resources
Balance workload across high-volume programs and shifting priorities
Ensure optimal utilization aligned with business goals
Operational Excellence
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on brand
Establish and manage detailed timelines; adapt to evolving business needs
Drive consistency across internal and external partners
Champion continuous process improvement across teams
Qualifications
Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· 9+ years of experience in marketing, creative project management, or related field
· Strong experience managing cross-functional creative teams
· Proven track record of leading complex, multi-channel projects
· Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and alignment

· Advanced project management across print, digital, and integrated campaigns
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
· Ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Expertise in timeline planning, prioritization, and execution

Technical Skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
· Experience with project management tools: Workfront, LetsFlo, Smartsheet, Trello
· Understanding of project management frameworks such as Agile and Scrum
· Experience managing high-volume creative workflows
