In this role, you will support the efficient operation of the Group Administration function by managing incoming transactions, preparing communications, maintaining records, and coordinating the distribution of materials. You will play an important role in ensuring accurate, timely service for internal teams and external clients.Join one of the region’s top employers and be part of something that truly makes a difference
Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.
What you’ll do:
Provide general administrative support to the team as required such as processing plan member applications, beneficiary updates, and plan member change forms
Process high-volume (mass) plan member updates, including salary adjustments, occupation changes, and beneficiary updates
Perform weekly reporting processing ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
Identify and escalate discrepancies, errors, or missing information as needed Provide general administrative support to the team as required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and applications
