Job Description

  • Identify high-impact strategic opportunities via analytical deep-dives and robust business cases; define actionable roadmaps and orchestrate end-to-end implementation across regional teams and markets.
  • Partner directly with regional Sales leadership to advocate and drive business priorities across GCS APAC, translate high-level goal into localized strategic execution.
  • Drive the end-to-end quarterly channel management and escalation process, standardize governance frameworks to ensure leadership decisions are executed flawlessly across all cross-functional teams.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships across Sales, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Global teams to navigate complex trade-offs, align various leadership perspectives, and influence cross-functional partners toward unified business goals.
  • Lead high-stakes interventions to resolve operational roadblocks, recalibrate strategies in real-time based on shifting market conditions to ensure successful project delivery.
