About this Position The Maintenance Planner is responsible for the end-to-end preparation, scheduling, and evaluation of maintenance activities across multiple facilities. You will act as the bridge between Operations and Maintenance, ensuring that assets remain reliable while optimizing labor and material costs through rigorous SAP data management and Criticality Analysis. What you´ll do Work Order Management: Lead the full lifecycle of work orders within SAP PM, from initial request and technical vetting to scheduling, execution tracking, and final closure. Asset Criticality Strategy: Conduct and maintain Criticality Analysis for all plant assets to prioritize backlog and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules. Labor Resource Utilization: Optimize manpower by aligning trade availability with high-priority tasks. Monitor Labor Utilization metrics to identify bottlenecks or the need for external contractors. Multi-Plant Coordination: Standardize maintenance workflows and KPIs across different sites, ensuring a unified approach to reliability and spare part inventory. Stakeholder Management: Facilitate weekly planning meetings with Production, Engineering, and Procurement to negotiate equipment downtime and align on maintenance windows. Reporting Analytics: Utilize SAP to generate reports on Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Planning Accuracy, and Schedule Compliance.
