As a Customer Finance Specialist, you’ll bring your automotive finance or broking experience into a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you’ll guide customers through tailored finance solutions and help make their next car a reality.
You’ll work across inbound conversations, proactively managing applications, overcoming objections, and confidently converting interest into approved and settled deals. This is a role for someone who understands credit, knows how to structure deals, and enjoys turning complex finance conversations into simple, positive outcomes for customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Be the trusted finance expert: confidently guide customers through tailored finance options via phone and email, making complex lending simple and transparent.
- Manage the full lending journey: from application through to approval and settlement, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
- Drive approvals and settlements: proactively follow up on applications, and convert opportunities into funded deals.
- Use your credit and lending knowledge: structure deals, assess customer needs, and match the right finance solutions.
- Overcome objections with confidence: navigate customer concerns and lender requirements to keep deals moving forward.
- Collaborate for outcomes: work closely with internal teams and lenders to problem-solve and deliver strong results.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You bring 1 to 3 years’ experience in automotive finance, asset finance, personal lending, or finance broking.
- You’re confident discussing credit, lending criteria, and structuring finance solutions.
- You have strong communication skills and can build trust quickly over phone and email.
- You’re commercially minded and motivated by hitting targets and closing deals.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
- You’re comfortable working across multiple systems and managing competing workflows.
- You’re flexible with availability and open to weekend shifts when required.
