The position combines deep technical engineering with domain expertise in policy administration systems, particularly CyberLife. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable, and high-performing solutions that support long-term business stability.
In this role, you will also serve as a technical leader, guiding engineering decisions while mentoring less experienced developers. Your work will directly influence system performance, operational reliability, and the continued evolution of core insurance platforms.
