About The Role:
The Client Payroll Operations (CPO) Team is a dynamic, high-energy team which provides top-tier contingent workforce payroll processing and support to PRO Unlimited field services teams working onsite at top name companies around the globe. The CPO team works cross-functionally with internal partners including billing, finance, HR, training, and client services (CS) to ensure transactions are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with FLSA, state and international regulatory requirements. Primary Responsibilities
Fulfil day-to-day functions of the CPO Global team including but not limited to: ensuring international payrolls transact in an accurate and timely manner, timecard maintenance, country regulatory requirement monitoring, rate changes, direct deposit, advances/arrears, manual paychecks, and shift differential maintenance.
Accurate pre-payroll transmission processing including audits inputs and clarifications.
Ensuring that Client Services representatives utilise appropriate processing procedures and follow compliance regulations.
Manage and provide on-going research, resolution, product support and superior customer support to Workers, Client Services, HR, and finance teams.
Develop and present payroll related training and informational materials to various audiences.
Data entry into WAND, PeopleSoft and Excel.
Holiday leaves accrual tracking and maintenance.
International Agent of Payment (AOP) data coordination and relationship management.
Update payroll records as requested by client, employee or client services.
Ad hoc reporting - producing basic reporting on departments, workers, vendors etc.
Evaluate processes and procedural documents for increased efficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the collection of user requirements for system enhancements and solutions.
Knowledge of PRO Unlimited business design and product offerings.
Minimum Qualifications
2-3 years of work experience in an India focused payroll role, preferably in a production environment and 1-2 years in customer service related field.
Detailed knowledge of India Payroll Compliance Regulations.
Candidates with additional EMEA & APAC country payroll processing, AOP and/or staffing firm exposure will be granted preference.
Experience with payroll processing systems, preferably PeopleSoft or similar large-scale ERP.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints using pre-defined and creative solutions.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, and diagram or schedule form.
Ability to collaborate and work in a multi-time zone team environment as well as work independently.
Ability to manage time and priorities as required.
Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
Organisational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Skilled with independent working relationships and collaboration with management located in alternate time zones.
Master’s Degree with Human Resources Concentration preferred.
