Support the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in overseeing daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, including housekeeping and butler teams. This role ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, service excellence, and compliance with Four Seasons policies.
Due to Vietnam law restrictions in visa and work permit, this position is open for Vietnamese citizens only
What you will do
Oversee daily housekeeping and butler operations, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons standards
Plan staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity and performance
Inspect villas, public and back-of-house areas to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards
Manage inventory and coordinate maintenance with Engineering for smooth operations
Lead team training, development, and cross-department communication
Handle guest interactions and support departmental operations, including reporting and leadership in the absence of the Director
What you bring:
2 + years experience in Housekeeping Leadership position in hotel industry or similar environment
Good communication skill
