Job Description
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Leads the end-to-end delivery of complex projects (and programs) across functions and regions.
- Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinates resources, stakeholders, and dependencies across involved teams.
- Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, and changes.
- Ensures adherence to governance, project management standards, and reporting requirements.
- Drives alignment with business objectives and ensures realization of expected outcomes.
- Monitors project (and program) progress, performance, and budget utilization.
- Provides regular and transparent communication to stakeholders and leadership.
- Facilitates decision-making and resolves escalations within the project.
- Ensures high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing complex projects (and programs) in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong project management expertise and certification (e.g., IPMA C/B, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities .
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Experience in budget tracking and resource coordination.
