Manufacturing General Laborer
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing General Laborer to join our team. This role supports daily production operations by performing a variety of tasks and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast paced setting.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with production line operations, including assembly, packaging and labeling of products
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as needed (training provided)
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support team members and supervisors with additional tasks as assigned
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to use hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Sheet Metal experience
- Use band saw, wet saw, dry mitre saw
- Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent bending stooping and reaching

Starting Salary: $18 - $20/hour or higher depending on experience.
