This is a senior leadership role responsible for guiding a fast-scaling engineering organization in a complex, mission-driven healthcare environment. The VP of Engineering will shape technical strategy, operational excellence, and delivery execution across multiple product and platform teams. This leader will play a critical role in modernizing systems, strengthening engineering culture, and enabling AI-driven innovation across the organization. They will partner closely with Product, Data, Clinical, Security, and Executive teams to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions. The role requires balancing hands-on architectural thinking with high-level organizational leadership.
