This is a senior executive opportunity leading the design and scaling of AI-powered IT Service Management offerings within a global, fully remote professional services environment. The role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, enterprise ITSM, and ServiceNow ecosystem leadership, with full ownership of strategy, delivery, and commercial outcomes. You will define how AI is embedded into IT operations for enterprise clients, translating complex operational challenges into scalable, repeatable service offerings. Acting as both a strategic advisor and hands-on leader, you will engage directly with C-level stakeholders to shape transformation roadmaps and drive measurable business impact.
