Job Description

  • Create well-structured project plans and prioritize tasks effectively to deliver projects in a high-quality and timely manner. Assist in the development of processes and programs to drive the operational efficiency. Identify, define, and track metrics to ensure progress against business objectives.
  • Conduct strategic assessments to address opportunity areas. Help evaluate a range of solutions, assess benefits and challenges, and recommend a way forward.
  • Identify areas of improvement to drive the business forward, helping to evaluate and expand process improvements across the business.
  • Build relationships and partner across teams effectively to develop business solutions. Help identify relevant stakeholders, understand their key priorities, and advocate/challenge them to achieve better outcomes.
  • Develop hypotheses against opportunity areas or problem statements and test them with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Extract findings into insights that power the business.
