  • Develop and execute integrated digital media strategies aligned with campaign objectives, audience insights, and brand goals.

  • Lead end-to-end digital media planning by collaborating with creative team and media agencies to deliver optimized channel mix and performance.

  • Drive user acquisition across paid, organic, influencer, and partnership channels with a focus on scale and efficiency. 

  • Lead app installs via performance marketing, ASO, and native tools,

  • Support revenue model execution including freemium, paid packs, subscriptions, ads, and cross-sell/upsell initiatives. 

  • Optimize pricing, bundling, and offers using user behavior, cohort insights, and regional performance signals. 

  • Execute and optimize performance campaigns across search, social, display, retargeting, and programmatic channels. 

  • Improve conversion funnels across install, activation, engagement, and payment journeys. 

  • Manage remarketing, segmentation, and personalization strategies to maximize lifetime value.

  • Own digital analytics, attribution, and event tracking frameworks across web and app journeys. 

  • Deliver actionable performance dashboards and insights to guide marketing, product, and business decisions.

  • Manage marketing technology stack including analytics SDKs, attribution tools, deep linking, and automation platforms. 

  • Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to automate end-to-end ads reporting, conduct intelligent campaign analysis, generate real-time performance dashboards, and design and interpret A/B tests at scale — reducing manual effort while accelerating data-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver integrated growth outcomes. 

  • Manage agencies, platforms, and external partners to ensure performance, innovation, and cost efficiency.

Academic Qualification

  • BBA (Preferably in Marketing)/BSC Degree from any UGC approved University

Job Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant area

Required Capabilities

  • Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing: Facebook Marketing, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Google Advertising, 

  • Sound knowledge in Martech and Social Content Strategy
