Business Leadership

  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Enterprise Business Applications. 

  • Achieve annual revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets. 

  • Build a sustainable sales pipeline and ensure predictable business growth. 

  • Identify new business opportunities across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, and other enterprise sectors. 

  • Lead strategic account planning and customer engagement.

  • Drive sales of Enterprise Business Applications including: 

    • ERP Solutions 

    • Core Banking Solutions 

    • Treasury & Risk Solutions 

    • CRM Platforms 

    • HRMS 

    • Digital Banking Platforms 

    • Loan Origination Systems 

    • Financial Management Solutions 

    • Business Process Automation 

    • AI-powered Enterprise Applications 

  • Lead complex solution selling with C-level executives. 

  • Manage large-value enterprise opportunities from qualification to contract closure. 

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, Board Members, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, and business leaders.

  • Develop strong engagement with commercial banks, Islamic banks, NBFIs, insurance companies, fintech organizations, and payment service providers. 

  • Understand banking regulations, compliance requirements, digital banking trends, AML/KYC, cybersecurity, and financial technology ecosystems. 

  • Identify digital transformation opportunities within BFSI organizations. 

  • Work closely with technology partners to deliver industry-specific solutions.

Strategic Partnership

  • Develop relationships with global software vendors and technology partners. 
  • Work closely with OEMs and System Integrators. 
  • Participate in joint go-to-market initiatives.
Academic Qualification 

• B.Sc. in CSE/EEE/ETE/Telecommunication/Engineering or BBA equivalent from any UGC-approved university.

• MBA or business/management qualification will be an added advantage.

Job Experience Required 
  • Minimum 12–15 years of enterprise ICT/software sales experience. 
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role. 
  • Proven experience selling Enterprise Business Applications or Digital Transformation solutions. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing million-dollar enterprise deals. 
  • Extensive experience in consultative and solution-based selling. 
  • Strong exposure to System Integration (SI) business models. 
  • Experience working with leading software vendors and global technology partners.
Required Capabilities 

Mandatory Banking & Financial Industry Experience

Candidates must have strong hands-on experience working with Banking and Financial Institutions, including one or more of the following:

  • Commercial Banks 
  • Islamic Banks 
  • Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) 
  • Insurance Companies 
  • FinTech Organizations 
  • Payment Gateway Providers 
  • Digital Banks 
  • Mobile Financial Service Providers 

The candidate should possess:

  • Deep understanding of banking operations and business processes. 
  • Knowledge of Core Banking Systems and digital banking platforms. 
  • Experience selling solutions to banking CXOs. 
  • Familiarity with Bangladesh Bank regulations and financial industry compliance. 
  • Strong network within the BFSI ecosystem.
