Job Description

JOB PURPOSE:  Provide a daily support to all in house group guests, (express groups, catering groups) & meeting planners. Respond to customer inquiries and requests, providing information as requested i.e. in house meeting reader board information, convention activities, location of events, etc.                     ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support the Banquet Operations from an Administrative standpoint. Ensure Kronos is up to date and all Associates are compensated accurately. Order supplies and materials for the Banquet Operation Prepare meeting timelines and documents for departmental and cross-departmental needs.   QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance TOOLS & EQUIPMENT: Desktop computer (Epitome, GoConceirge, Synergy, Microsoft Office, Kronos, Delphi, Meeting Matrix, Open Table, Micros terminals, Birchstreet), printer, telephone, copier, fax machine, two-way radio dispatch, scanner
