Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support inventory evaluation and cost analysis for server, system, and component-related products.
協助伺服器、系統及相關零組件產品之存貨評價及成本分析。
- Assist in maintaining Bill of Materials (BOM), component costs, and pricing consistency.
協助維護產品 BOM（物料清單）、零件成本及價格一致性。
- Prepare cost reports, margin analysis, and related data summaries for management review.
製作成本報表、毛利分析及相關數據資料，供管理階層檢視。
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Purchasing, Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to support daily operations.
與採購、業務、營運、物流及財務等跨部門團隊合作，支援日常營運需求。
- Help monitor inventory, standard costs, and cost variances to ensure data accuracy.
協助監控庫存、標準成本及成本差異分析，確保資料正確性。
- Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost accounting.
協助月底結帳作業，包括存貨及成本會計相關事項。
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.
參與流程改善專案，以提升營運效率及成本控管能力。
- Support ad hoc analysis, reporting tasks, and special projects assigned by management.
支援主管交辦之分析、報表及專案任務。
- Work closely with overseas teams in a fast-paced global business environment.
與海外團隊保持密切合作，適應快速步調的全球化工作環境。
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
具會計、財務、企業管理、或相關科系學士學位。
- 3+ years of relevant experience in cost analysis, server hardware, inventory management, supply chain, operations management, or related areas is a plus.
具3年以上成本分析、伺服器硬體、製造業存貨管理、供應鏈、營運管理或相關經驗尤佳。
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and basic data analysis is preferred.
熟悉SAP, Microsoft Excel 與基本資料分析能力者佳。
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across teams.
具良好溝通協調與跨部門合作能力。
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks.
細心負責、具組織能力、自我驅動力，並能同時處理多項工作。
- Positive working attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
具積極工作態度與學習熱忱，能適應快速成長與變動環境。
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate and collaborate with overseas teams in a multinational U.S.-listed company environment.
