ROLE PURPOSE: To support the transfer agency operations by ensuring accurate information management, adherence to key controls, and timely resolution of queries. The role provides guidance to team members, contributes to meetings and system testing, manages tax registration and submission processes, and ensures high-quality customer service while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: • Maintain accurate and up-to-date team information and distribute it appropriately to stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to key Transfer Agency controls and compliance standards. • Manage registration processes with the Revenue Department, including requesting client key numbers, tax registration references, password renewals, and submitting taxes. • Manage timely resolution of queries and tasks to maintain service quality and operational efficiency to ensure high-quality customer service. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external providers to support smooth operations. • Participate in requirement gathering and software testing for new systems or process enhancements. • Others assigned by team head and senior leaders. QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree or related filed. • 2-3 years experience ub asset management companies TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: ⦁ Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance and operational workflows. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: ⦁ Analytical & Problem-Solving: Handle high-level compliance and operational issues. ⦁ Communication & Negotiation: Engage with regulators and external partners effectively.
