Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance of bank accounts, liaising with banks to ensure bank accounts are opened and updated successfully.
Assist in maintaining a proper documentation of bank users’ access, processes and operational workflows.
Assist in preparing and posting accounting journals.
Assist in bank and other reconciliations.
Assist in Finance projects (Coupa vendor onboarding, contract management, etc)
Assist in providing reports to internal stakeholders’ use.
Assume any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Section Head, Manager and Executive of Finance from time to time.
Job Specifications:
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent professional qualification.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Knowledge in management accounting and double entries.
Knowledge of MS Office Applications – MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
Good analytical, problem-solving skills and resourceful.
Independent, initiative, and have high level of integrity.
Result oriented and proactive.
Organised and accurate.
