ROLE PURPOSE: To manage transfer agency operations by ensuring accurate transaction approvals, adherence to key controls, and timely resolution of queries. The role maintains up-to-date team information, fosters collaboration across internal teams, and ensures high-quality customer service while supporting operational efficiency and compliance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: • Monitor and approve the fund transactions in the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of edits and updates. • Maintain up-to-date team information and distribute it appropriately to relevant stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to key Transfer Agency controls and compliance standards. • Ensure high-quality customer service standards are consistently delivered. • Foster collaboration with internal teams and act as a key liaison for operational matters • Represent the team in meetings, providing input and supporting decision-making processes. • Others assigned by team head and senior leaders. QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree or related filed. • 3-5 years experience ub asset management companies TECHNICAL/ FUNCTIONAL SKILLS: ⦁ Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance and operational workflows. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: ⦁ Leadership & Strategic Thinking: Drive operational improvements and lead complex projects. ⦁ Analytical & Problem-Solving: Handle high-level compliance and operational issues. ⦁ Communication & Negotiation: Engage with regulators and external partners effectively.
