Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Deliver the requirements described in BWO’s Quality policy and standards during project execution Monitor and ensure compliance with BWO standards and project requirements Ensure positive quality performance by setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and addressing gaps and deficiencies Provide assurance that project quality risks are identified and mitigated Ensure robust and timely resolution of quality non-compliance and violations Coordinate experience transfer (lessons learned) and other learning processes with special focus on Quality within project execution processes Manage project QA/QC resources Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or HSEQ related major. Ideally 15 years of relevant experience in the offshore Oil Gas industry, or closely related industry Previous experience working in a similar role Experience in development of Quality documentation and review Experience as Quality Lead Auditor is desirable Previous experience working in a multinational environment is desirable Skills: Team player with the ability to lead Proactive and able to work independently, applying a structured and systematic approach Ability to deliver in a high pressure, fast-paced project environment Ability to deliver high quality work on time Ability to work in a multidisciplinary / multinational environment Excellent managerial skills Ability to think strategically Good knowledge of quality assurance and control processes Understand the various engineering disciplines and their interactions In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, departmental function, terminology and interrelationships Extensive knowledge of the relevant requirements of the classification societies and international rules and regulations Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 Fluent in English (oral and written).
