Handle Insurance Escrow payments, operations and related queries from clients on behalf of the Insurance Escrow operations team, to ensure they are responded to promptly and with zero errors.
Maintain a high quality of processing and payment documentation for Insurance Escrow accounts to ensure that these are processed accurately to minimise re working of data.
Assistant in the automation of all Insurance Escrow operations in order to continually improve the service provided to customers and reduce potential processing errors
Monitor day-to-day operations of Escrow products, including Insurance Escrow operations, to include monitoring daily outflows from the Insurance Escrow accounts, tracking of errors and rectification entries and ensuring reconciliation on documentation and deviations are tracked and maintained to ensure compliance with ADCB policies at all times.
Resolve all operational related requirements through an effective and efficient use of Bank resources to ensure they are resolved within a timely and accurate manner
Ensure correct MIS is maintained for the Escrow accounts to ensure that payments are tracked and reconciled at all times.
Ensure payments made for Escrow and Insurance Escrow accounts are made within the approved guidelines to ensure compliance.
