Sales Development - Collaborate with Head of Institutional Sales and team members in order to implement the segment sales strategy, ensuring alignment with identified priority segments and product focus
Drive revenue growth by targeting new client segments and delivering high-margin revenue streams in order to contribute to the overall financial success of the Asset Management division
Internal Visibility and Knowledge - Actively promote ADCB Asset Management within CIBG by meeting and building a solid rapport with the RMs in order to raise awareness of investment capabilities
Client Prospecting and Engagement - Identify, with the help of the RMs, target clients and engage with those clients in order to articulate ADCB Asset Management’s investment offerings
Revenue Generation Focus - Drive revenue growth by targeting new client segments and delivering high-margin revenue streams, in order to contribute to the overall financial success of the Asset Management division
Reporting and Feedback - Regularly report on client interactions, market feedback, and sales progress to the Head of Institutional Sales, in order to enable informed decision making and strategy adjustments
Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
Actively participate in organisational and departmental initiatives aimed at change and improvement, providing insights and suggestions to ensure enhanced service delivery and product innovation
Self-Management - Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
