Job Description

Responsible for Dispensing and issuance of Raw and packing Materials as per cGMP norms.
Responsible for data entry in ERP (SAP) system and control of inventory of Raw and packing materials,
Responsible for compliance of regulatory requirements as per cGMP norms.
Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms

Responsible for timely and correct material dispensing and issuance to production for

manufacturing.

· Responsible for handling and storage of Raw materials.

· Responsible to coordinate with cross-functional department, Production, QA, QC, Engg, planning

for smooth planning and follow-up as per routine activities in warehouse.

· Timely dispensed and issuance of batch as per manufacturing requirement and arrangement of in

process container (IPC) and planning for timely batch releases.

· Responsible for pre-dispensing activities, Assay/potency calculation in BMR, material retrieval,

preparation of material provision and printing of dispensing label from SAP, (If SAP user ID is

available).

· Responsible for correct data entry and handling of WMS program in SAP system, (If SAP user ID is

available).

· Responsible for control of inventory of Raw materials.

· Responsible for maintaining routine housekeeping in warehouse areas as per cGMP norms.

· Responsible for disposal of rejected/LRN and Write-off materials and its documentation.

· Responsible for coordinate with Planning/Purchase/QC/Production for minimize inventory of Raw,

Packing and Engineering materials to avoid slow moving/non-moving and near expiry inventory.

· Responsible for collect / deposit of cGMP documents and arrangement for submitting the same to QA department after completion.
