Branch Manager (Pooler)

The Branch Manager provides effective leadership to manage and guide through a changing environment with emphasis on member experience, asset growth, efficient operations and the professional development of team members. Responsible for branch loan and deposit objectives and goals to grow business through offering value-added solutions to make an impact in the lives of members and the communities where the credit union serves. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed while educating members and mentoring team members to achieve positive outcomes. Empowers team members who are held accountable for attainment of goals with shared ownership and positively influences morale and a cohesive team environment throughout the branch.
