What You’ll Be Doing

Support the team
- Help keep the Claims team running smoothly with day-to-day admin support
- Keep systems, documents, and records accurate and up to date
Be at the centre of the action
- Manage incoming claims and help direct them to the right people
- Track progress and make sure nothing gets missed
Learn how claims work
- Support the handling of simpler claims
- Learn when and how to escalate more complex cases
- Build your understanding of the full claims lifecycle
