What we need… COCC is seeking a Conversion Representative to support financial institution conversions to the COCC INSIGHT platform, serving as a trusted application and process expert throughout the transition. This role works closely with banking systems, databases, vendor interfaces, and client data to ensure accurate, successful conversions. Testing all of conversion related data, transactions, products, and reports Following established procedures, creates System Options, Branch Operations and product information in database Completes batch set up requirements using standard conversion templates. Works with conversion analyst on data specification requirements Coordinates specification questions between client and conversion analyst Documents all client communications regarding decisions made to data spThansk ecifications and product validations. Translates and explain technical information, concepts and requirements in user friendly language Update and document processes and procedural changes to interfaces with third party vendors for clients   What you’ll bring… Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of two years of banking experience in a back‑office or Deposit operations environment  Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage challenging client interactions professionally Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders Ability to analyze information and provide clear conclusions and recommendations Familiarity with data specification requirements and database‑driven systems Experience translating technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly language Knowledge of financial services applications and database query tools Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Comfort handling confidential customer information (NPCI) Ability to work a hybrid schedule with some weekend, off‑hours, and extended‑hour requirements Willingness to travel to client locations as needed   Salary range for this role is $61,193-$82,805 per year
