Associate Admissions Slate Captain
Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience and Training
- 2-5 years of enrollment experience using Slate (CRM) preferred
- Previous CRM lifecycle management experience preferred
- Should possess high energy, attention to detail, and the ability to organize effectively.
Knowledge, Skills, Ability:
- Proficient in web and application development using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and database systems (e.g., SQL).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, Canva, and other digital media software is preferred.
- Must be team player/individual contributor with the mindset to operate effectively in an ever-changing environment.
- The ability to travel and work nights and weekends as necessary.
- Ability to work with Admissions Operations Team to maintain a culture of execution.
- Ability to consider dozens of variables when working on a problem
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsibilities include working with the Admissions Operations team to design/ build landing pages, maintain Admissions webpages, audit digital content to support the full recruitment and application lifecycle.
- Assists with maintaining and enhancing Slate CRM portals, ensuring a user-friendly and intuitive experience for potential students and their families.
- Works collaboratively with the Admissions Campus Events, Graduate Admissions and Counseling teams to understand their needs and provide creative, data-driven technical solutions.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key digital metrics like communication campaign effectiveness, timelines and content data management.
- Creating and testing applications, forms, digital assets and dynamic content to enhance prospective student engagement.
- Provides occasional support to enrollment vendors and third-party organizations.
- Stays active in Slate user groups and seek out professional development networks to keep the institution current on innovations in the development of digital platforms.
- Travels when needed for conferences and/or site visits.
- Other duties as assigned.
ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Accountable to the Associate VP of Admissions Operations and Technology and the Director of Admissions Operations to ensure CRM and operational effectiveness
- Accountable to the Admissions Operations Team as a valued member, contributor, and teammate.
