
Key Account Manager
Job Description
Purpose of this Position:
Acquire and maintain selected Accounts with repeatable, high volume and profitable business growth potential.
Achieve the selected Strategic Account revenue and growth targets by gaining a full understanding of the Accounts’ needs and Vertical Market requirements and providing them with effective solutions based on Moxa’s products, services and capabilities.
- 1. Achieve and exceed sales Quota and business targets of assigned Strategic Accounts.
- 2. Contribute to the execution of critical tasks in the Strategic Account Go-to-Market strategy. Support monitoring the effectiveness of the strategy, help identifying white spots or improvement potential.
- 3. Effectively sell Moxa products and services to selected direct and indirect Strategic Accounts.
- 4. Deliver quality results on assigned tasks and achieve agreed KPI’s.
- 5. Monitor and report requirements and market demand of Strategic Accounts and feedback to the department manager.
- 6. Embrace and operate in accordance with Moxa’s core values.
- 7. Work in good collaboration with the Channel Sales Team to support a win-win relationship with Distributors and secure a climate of trust and mutual respect in order to fully satisfy and serve the Strategic Accounts.
- 8. Work in good collaboration with Global Account teams (RAS and GPSS), Marketing, FAE, Finance and BDM teams to ensure Account penetration success.
Minimum Job Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
– Professional Certificates/Licenses: Driver’s license
– Experience:
• 3 years of working experience
• 2 years of sales experience
• Experience with European business practice and strategic account development is an advantage
• Experience in Industrial Automation infrastructure is an advantage.
• Experience in Railway, Power or Factory Automation business or field application is an advantage
– Language: Fluent (written and spoken) in English. A further European language is an advantage.
