Basic Function/General scope 基本职能
Primarily responsible for the design, commissioning, calibration, maintenance and ledger management of NPD test equipment. Optimize test equipment and platforms to ensure stable operation in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical issues, compile technical documents, provide technical support, and complete assigned cross-departmental tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities职责范围:
Design, commission, calibrate and maintain R&D test equipment to ensure stable operation and meet testing needs.
Undertake the automated design, upgrade and maintenance of laboratory test equipment.
Support the test team, resolve equipment technical issues and ensure efficient testing.
Participate in equipment optimization and upgrading, and assist in building new test platforms.
Manage equipment ledgers to guarantee traceability and compliance with standards and company rules.
Follow laboratory safety regulations and inspect potential equipment safety risks.
Compile technical documents and operation specifications to provide technical support for the team.
Complete other assigned equipment work and conduct cross-department collaboration.
Qualifications & Competency录用条件
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation and other related majors.
Proficient in at least one programming language (C++, C, Python, LabVIEW or any other high-level language for test equipment development).
Skilled in schematic and PCB design software such as Power PCB and Altium Designer; capable of independent circuit design and commissioning for test equipment.
Competent in English reading and writing.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in equipment development.
Prior experience in automated test system development.
Proficient in operating NI data acquisition cards and data acquisition devices of other brands.
Capable of equipment selection; able to select applicable equipment and accessories based on testing requirements, with good knowledge of equipment market conditions and relevant industry standards.
Equipped with basic knowledge of circuit principles and mechanical fundamentals; able to understand equipment drawings and technical manuals, with the ability to modify and optimize equipment.
Familiar with laboratory safety management specifications, able to strictly follow standard operating procedures for equipment and identify potential safety hazards.
Strong problem-solving skills; able to respond quickly to equipment malfunctions during testing and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
