Over 3 years of experience in threshold disclosures, or related compliance or regulatory reporting functions.
Practical, hands-on exposure to threshold filings.
Experience working within an asset manager, investment adviser, hedge fund, bank, custodian, or regulatory reporting service provider.
Strong analytical and data driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex position and ownership data.
High attention to detail and accuracy in a deadline driven environment.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with threshold monitoring systems, such as Confluence Signal and Charles River, is beneficial.
Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional stakeholders, including Legal and Operations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple filings and deadlines simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated approach with a willingness to take ownership of deliverables.
