Job Description

Managing all aspects of the feeding and milling functions including team performance

Feed commodity receival, storage and inventory management

Focusing on feed allocation and feed delivery to ensure that operational targets are met

Ensuring compliance with milling grain to maximise cattle performance outcomes

Team management, engagement, development and training in a positive and proactive manner

Maintaining compliance with JBS Australia policies, including but not limited to: WHS, HR, QA, Animal Welfare & Environmental obligations
