Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
- Consulting and support of the specialist departments/key users in the further development and optimization of "end-to-end" business processes in the customer service and plant maintenance area
- Analysis of customer requirements and service messages, creation of solution concepts and configuration of tools and processes consisting of the SAP standard, SAP add-ons and in-house developments
- Coordination and management of (international) Customer Service and Plant Maintenance SAP projects
- Control of the use of internal and external resources for projects, changes and support in the customer service and plant maintenance area
- Creation and maintenance of system documentation
