Job Description
Availability and flexibility to work a mix of shifts - days 8am-4pm, afternoons 4pm-12am & overnights 12am-8am on a weekly rotating roster, including weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays
Experience in a public area cleaning role in a 4-5 star hotel/resort, or a similar environment
General cleaning knowledge & experience using commercial cleaning equipment & machinery including floor scrubbers and vacuums, chemical handling & health and safety practices
Clear communication and customer service skills, interacting with guests in a friendly & professional manner
Show attention to detail, work efficiently using initiative, be proactive with a positive attitude and take pride in your work
Good time management skills and work well in a team environment to perform duties responsibly and autonomously when required
Actively perform physical and repetitive manual tasks, heavy lifting and working on your feet
Excellent personal presentation
