As a key ambassador of People Development, you will work closely with Global HR, Local HR teams, trainers, and subject-matter experts to bring engaging learning initiatives to life—online and in person. Role Overview You will coordinate, prepare, facilitate, and support the regional implementation of various People Development initiatives—ranging from soft-skills development and business skills training to leadership programmes. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement across all learning activities in the region. Key Responsibilities: Programme Coordination Facilitation -Coordinate and support a wide range of learning programmes, both virtual and in-person. -Prepare materials, organize logistics, update content, and ensure all administrative aspects run seamlessly. -Act as a facilitator for selected regional or global development programmes. Regional Support Collaboration Partner with Local HR teams to plan learning activities and support participant preparation. -Conduct participant readiness or proficiency checks when required. -Serve as a primary point of contact for learning-related matters within the region. -Liaise with training hubs on organizational needs such as travel arrangements, scheduling, and session materials. Follow-Up Development Tracking -Support programme observers or trainers by collecting participant evaluation insights. -Gather and monitor individual follow-up or development plans in collaboration with Local HR teams. -Maintain clear tracking systems and ensure consistency across the region. Programme Enablement -Contribute to the planning of regional and global development initiatives. -Assist in identifying and supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) who may co-deliver training. -Provide Train-the-Trainer guidance to SMEs when needed. Reporting Analysis -Maintain regular reporting dashboards and documentation for all initiatives. -Collect and analyse participant feedback to strengthen programme quality and impact. -Develop and maintain standard procedures, manuals, and guidelines.
