Job Description
Monitors and analyzes vendor performance, generates detailed reports, and recommends process improvements. Collaborates with teams to enhance efficiency and standardize practices across the intermodal division. Key Responsibilities Duties Assists in monitoring and analyzing vendor performance against SLAs and contractual terms. Generate reports and present findings to the Intermodal Manager. Completes Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting for Upper Management. Supports performance and quality monitoring projects to improve workflows and productivity in the Intermodal area. Help identify risks and opportunities related to vendor performance and recommend improvements. Works with the Business Transformation team to maintain dashboards and reports, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborates with local offices to ensure consistent practices for vendor performance monitoring. Maintains and updates records for Operations Customer Service in MSC’s internal system. Handles rate addition requests from local teams, resolves routing issues affecting cargo movements, and collaborates with the Accounting Team on necessary invoice adjustments. Performs other duties as required.
