Project Director

The Director - Terminal Development will be responsible to the Chief Technical Officer for the effective implementation of new terminal developments on time and budget whilst meeting planned performance levels post commissioning. Some of the key responsibilities for the role will include: · Contribution to the assessment of new terminal opportunities including layout, specifications, budgets and schedules; · Working with TIL civil engineering, equipment engineering, information technology, terminal efficiency, treasury, legal and risk to coordinate and lead the TIL organization inputs into new terminal developments; · Building effective relationships with joint venture partners in new terminal developments; · Recruiting and managing new terminal project teams responsible for the on-site management of the development; · Coordination of the procurement and management of contractors and suppliers to new terminal developments; · Co-ordination and integration with the future TiL and terminal business management for effective transfer of responsibility for the commissioned terminal.
