Job Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products within the designated area.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
* Conduct regular market visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
* Present and promote new and existing products to healthcare professionals, effectively communicating product features and benefits.
* Organize and participate in medical camps, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and other promotional activities.
* Monitor product availability and visibility at retail outlets and ensure effective distribution channel management.
* Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and make informed business decisions.
* Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and expense reports accurately and on time.
* Collaborate with marketing and other internal teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
* Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
* 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and product knowledge.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
* Results-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving sales objectives.
