Job Description

ZLD’s equipments (MEE, BIO, RO & Etc.,) to be operated safely, without break downs as well as design specification.

2. HOD instructions to be followed w. r to ZLD operations & Environment statutory requirements and etc.,

1. ZLD’s equipments (MEE, BIO, RO & Etc.,) to be operated safely, without break downs as well as design specification.

2. HOD instructions to be followed w. r to ZLD operations & Environment statutory requirements and etc.,

3. Site & Statutory Hazardous waste management rules and guidelines strictly to be ensured and followed.

4. Hazardous waste segregation to be ensured in Hazardous waste storage shed and designated areas.

5. Rain Water Management to be followed viz., Collection, treatment, reuse in utilities.

6. Newly installed ZLD equipment operations to be learnt/ trained before handling.

7. ZLD ISO 14001 & 45001 (IMS) documents to be studied. If any changes, inform to ZLD IMS coordinator.

8. Training Need Identification & Analysis matrix to be followed. EHS & GMP trainings need to be attended without fail.

9. ZLD equipments log sheets to be updated every hour without gaps. 

10. Good housekeeping to be maintained in and around ZLD area.

11. Effluent sumps & Pumps area (Production Block, Utility & Etc.,) to be ensured without any spillage & leakages. if any, to be informed to area manager.

12. ZLD SOP/SEP to be studied/reviewed for safe operation.

13. To lead the ZLD helpers/casuals and monitoring their shift operations.

14. Adequate PPE to be provided to helpers/casuals.

15. Job/Work order to be given to E&M team on time as well as provide work permits if required.

Accident, Incident to be prevented in ZLD operational area.
