What will you bring?
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- Experience in a commercial banking frontline role and commercial lending
- Well-developed written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and commercially sound credit documentation, portfolio commentary and customer communications
- Sound understanding of credit risk principles and governance expectations
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail, with a high degree of accuracy across credit documentation, portfolio reporting and customer records
- A collaborative mindset and confidence engaging with Relationship Manager, Credit and senior internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML
