Job Description

You will drive sales by actively engaging with customers and prospects to understand needs, build value, present solutions, and secure long-term supply agreements Develop and implement regional and customer-specific sales plans to meet business and customer satisfaction objectives Increase revenue streams and profitability by identifying and qualifying new and existing customer opportunities within the assigned territory Penetrate key semiconductor markets, including end user accounts and original equipment manufacturers You will be responsible for solving complex customer challenges by applying innovative solutions and expert product knowledge Prepare and deliver customer proposals and presentations to drive sales growth Negotiate and manage product supply and equipment sales agreements with customers Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs, coordinating internally with customer service, quality, engineering, operations, and finance teams You will participate in forecasting territory orders and sales, monitoring performance against goals regularly Execute pricing initiatives to maintain and improve territory profitability Manage accounts receivable for territory customer accounts Monitor competitive activity and develop appropriate response strategies, providing market intelligence to product management and marketing teams Support the Director of Electronics Product Sales and contribute to global marketing efforts Uphold safety as a core value in all activities and decision
