Job Title

Principal Scientist-PTS

Job Description

Must have Experience in handling team, work experience is mandatory in CDMO (Min 4-5 yrs)
Should be able to handle method development and method validation projects
Customer handling is required with good communication skills

1. Responsible for the assigned project activities including project updates and customer calls.

2. Maintain the analytical validation activities for all projects and to meet the timelines.

3. Preparation and review of Analytical RFPs.

4. Review the Analytical Tech pack, vendor qualification and procurement of requirements for assigned project.

5. Assists the Sr. Research Scientist / Research Scientist in deciding & recommending proper course of action on the experimental requirement of the project.

6. Assists the Sr. Research Scientist / Research Scientist in the preparation of various Sops and STPs for the departmental activates. Coordinate with QC/QA/DQA regarding CCF, Validation document and investigation reports.

7. Final Products and other analytical support for synthetic lab.

8. In case of emergency or absence of Research Associates / Research Assistants procures various chemicals, glassware and equipment’s needed for the project with the approval of location Head-PDG.

9. Provide Training to the Helpers in GLPs, housekeeping and safety matters.

10. Day to day document review for all analytical calibrations.
