About the Position:

 

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the Sales&Marketing of Lighting team, reporting directly to the AL&S China Sales 
 

This position is based at our office in Wuhu
 

As the Key Account Manager at Marelli, you will be responsible as

Your Responsibilities will be:

1. Develop annual strategic and operating plans for the customer including sales and marketing plans , Manage and motivate the team to perform and achieve sales plan targets , Conduct regular account reviews to insure sales and product development projects are on track.

2. Lead Sales Quotation activities, including new RFQ info collection from customer, Launch and lead Quotation stages , Responsible for managing internal TCTP and offer , Lead negotiation with customer , Make Quotation analysis and Launch awarded project.

 3. Lead Project Sales activities, including contract review and negotiation, ECR quotation , customer mile stone activities support , sample pricing negotiation, SOP ramp up support and control CM with Project leader .

4. Direct the implementation of customer annual sales plan and delivery with sales target (BDG) , update monthly sales forecast, formulate and direct implementation of pricing strategies to maximize business profit .

5. Follow up Payment of customer, including daily cargo payment and project lump sum payment, to ensure all payment on time within reasonable time frame.

6. Build up strong relationship with customer, including act as Interface between customer and internal, fully responsible for customer satisfaction .

What Qualifications you will bring:

1. Bachelor’s degree need

2. Minimum 5 years China auto industry working experience

3. Good oral and written English communication ability

4. Basic computer skill
