Act as a key operational partner to the DC Manager and internal stakeholders
Monitor and report on warehouse performance across productivity, OTIF, service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost
Analyse operational data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Lead regular performance reviews with third party logistics partners and drive agreed actions
Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and system alignment
Provide clear visibility of stock and operational performance to planning and commercial teams
Support cost tracking, budget reviews, and validation of 3PL invoices
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimisation, and operational projects
Act as an escalation point for operational issues and support timely resolution
